Tenlons Fort:: the Golden Handshake is now on iTunes. It’s my first crack at engineering and I’m pretty happy with it even though I had no idea what I was doing and my means were so low tech. I also played all the bass and the “string bass trio.” Buy it, rate it and review it.

About John
John is an Nashville based touring/session bassist. He has played live and recorded with such artists as Little Big Town, Matt Nathanson, Brett Dennen, David Garza, Ingrid Michaelson, Patrice Pike, Juliana Hatfiled, Jack Ingram, Mike McClure, Adam Brand, Kate Earl, the Asylum Street Spankers, Blu Sanders and Craig Marshall.
John’s musical journey started in Texas at the prestigious Booker T. Washington School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas, and that was followed by the University of North Texas.
John has also engineered/produced records by Tenlons Fort (symphonic folk/pop), Little Alice Spencer and Her Monkey Butlers (vintage jazz), LAZ D (hip hop) and Craig Marshall (guitar pop).
He is currently touring with Little Big Town in support to their album Reason Why.
